Is this an SEO tool?⌄
No. It measures your presence in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI answers, not classic search rankings. Google Maps position is a separate component, and the report states which components were actually measured. You do not need to abandon SEO — a solid site and consistent business details also increase AI citations.
What if the score is 0?⌄
That is a measurement: you are not mentioned in AI answers yet. The report explains why (missing sources, inconsistent address/phone, thin content) and gives the first three steps — it never invents a score. A 0 in month one and 2-3 mentions in month two is a typical start.
Where is my data stored?⌄
In managed PostgreSQL in the EU (Frankfurt), with tenant-level row security. Every measurement's raw answer and source list are stored as evidence; no other business can see them. Data protection texts and data-subject requests live in the panel.
How often is the measurement refreshed?⌄
The first report is ready about a minute after setup. The Monitoring plan runs a full report every month plus a daily light scan; the Top plan adds a weekly pulse. The query set is versioned, so month-over-month comparisons use the same questions and the same method.
Can I manage multiple clients as an agency?⌄
Yes. The Ajans Pro plan includes white-label, a brand list and a bulk report queue for up to 10 brands. Each brand's report is shared with its own tokenised link, and you set the team roles.
How do I send the report to my client?⌄
Every report has a mobile link and a WhatsApp summary, and can be downloaded as PDF. The link is tokenised, so your client opens it without an account. On white-label, the logo and colours are yours.
Is there a contract, and how do I cancel?⌄
No annual commitment; the subscription is monthly. There is an unconditional refund within the first 14 days, and cancellation is one click in the panel. The Founder 25 discount locks the price for 24 months.
Which areas do you measure?⌄
Anywhere in Türkiye; the measurement is built per district or neighbourhood (for example Bornova, Alsancak, Kadıköy). You enter the address and area at setup, and the 30+ query set is generated for that area. Queries are Turkish for now; the English interface is ready for the second market.
