Terms of Use

1.The service

Lensmywork measures and reports how local businesses appear in AI answers. Depending on your plan, the service includes query sets, measurement runs, mention/rank/source reporting, competitor benchmarks, monthly or weekly reports, action lists, PDFs and shareable links. AI answers change over time; no specific ranking, mention or sales outcome is guaranteed.

2.Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account and business information, keep your credentials secure, hold the rights to the data and evidence you upload, and use the service lawfully. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, overloading the service or bypassing security measures is prohibited. The service is not intended for users under 18.

3.Subscriptions, payments and cancellation

Subscriptions are monthly, prices exclude VAT and payments are collected through iyzico. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no refund is made for that period. You may request an unconditional refund within the first 14 days. Price changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Invoices are issued electronically.

4.Intellectual property and liability

The Lensmywork name, logo, software, query sets, methodology, report templates and interface belong to Lensmywork or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service. Your business data and uploaded content remain yours; you may share your reports with your own clients and team.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Lensmywork is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or reputational harm, and its total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Third-party services (AI providers, iyzico, hosting and storage providers) have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

5.Termination, governing law and contact

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, fail to pay or misuse the service. You may close your account at any time. After termination, data is deleted or anonymised according to the Data Protection Notice, subject to statutory retention.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir (Bornova) have jurisdiction. Consumer rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees and courts are reserved.
